Family Relationships

How often do you hear someone saying they are depressed, or do you know of someone who has depression? It may well be you!

Seek my support with Family Relationships

Group 9

Working with family members has become an area that I feel passionate about. We are informed by “society” to love and care for our family.  What if family is the one place where you are hurt or harmed, you don’t feel you belong or you just don’t want to be around them. Seek my support with any of these issues.  We can explore what is going on for you, in confidence and work on ways to manage how you feel and behave when around your family.

I also assist Parents and child(ren) who have been separated for a length of time that now wish to form a relationship but do not know how to do this. I will encourage you to share how you’re feeling and if there is anything you would like to say to each other in a supported and safe environment.

It can seem daunting to begin with, however, I will work at your pace and offer you ways of how best to help yourselves. Within our sessions you will have the opportunity to decline to share whatever you do not feel comfortable sharing.  There are no quick fix strategies however, with dedication and commitment to your sessions, progress will be made.
